1 "SUPER EASY" Payment
The "SUPER EASY" payment of your website is carried out in 4 different stages:
1st Stage: Payment of the entrance fee associated with the price of the chosen website, regarding definition and establishment of your hosting and e-mail address (e.g. www.mybusiness.com or .net, .org, .info, .biz, .co.uk and mybusiness@customers.com or .net, .org, .info, .biz, .co.uk)
2nd Stage: Payment for construction (2nd Stage), referring to the amount of your chosen website.
3rd Stage: Payment of £89 at the publication date.
4th Stage: Payment of 9 installments of £89. You will receive the bill by email, on a monthly basis.
2 "20% Discount"
The payment is carried out in 2 different stages:
1st Stage: Payment of the entrance fee associated with the price of the site chosen, of the acquisition, definition and establishment of your hosting and e-mail address (e.g. www.mybusiness.com or .net, .org, .info, .biz, .co.uk and mybusiness@customers.com or .net, .org, .info, .biz, .co.uk)
2nd Stage: Payment of construction (2nd stage), referring to the amount of your chosen website + £890 (sum of 10 installments of £89) - 20% discount. The values can be found in the benefits page of your chosen website.
Please note that there is NO REFUND after payment.
We work seriously and professionally, with tremendous pleasure and devotion.
We intent to avoid careless, irresponsible people, corporate spies, besides other negative elements.
We transform the construction and payment into stages since we believe that we will be able to synchronize ourselves with serious and responsible people.
If you have any of the disagreement on what concerns to what was mentioned in the previous paragraph, we strongly recommend that you look for another company that has the same frequency as yours.
Step 1. YOU
Perform step 1. Sign up as a member, filling and submitting the form.
Deadline: Send it as soon as possible, because the name acquisition is a dynamic process. And the quicker the process, the faster you will be online.
Note: The characteristics of the written content should have up to 800 characters per page. The compilation and introduction is conducted by STAR SITES. Be aware that too much text drives your customer away.
The conditions of the visual presentation are 2 to 4 pictures per page. These pictures you sent are accepted, as long as they have the appropriate settings for a good visualization of the presentation in your website developed by STAR SITES.
Or, at the request, the photos available on the STAR SITES archive, related to your type of business, are used, without any additional costs.
The costumer's logo will be used, as long as this has the appropriate settings for a good visualization of the presentation in your website developed by STAR SITES.
Step 1. STAR SITES
Upon receipt of your form, STAR SITES sends the billing of Stage 1. After the payment confirmation of stage 1, STAR SITES conducts a checking and establish your hosting, online address (E.g. www.mybusiness.com or .net, .org, .info, .biz, .co.uk and your e-mail address, e.g. mybusiness@customers.com or .net, .org, .info, .biz, .co.uk)
After checking the availability, STAR SITES sends to your email the options for your business name and email, so you can choose from them.
Deadline: Up to 3 working days.
Step 2. YOU
Choose your option (E.g. www.mybusiness.org and e-mail, mybusiness@customers.org) and resend it to STAR SITES (E.g. I chose www.mybusiness.org and e-mail, mybusiness@customers.org). After the hosting and email purchase, you will have hosting permission for one year from the date of purchase.
Deadline: Send it as soon as possible, because the name acquisition is a dynamic process. And the quicker the process, the faster you will be online!
Step 2. STAR SITES
Upon receipt of your choice of name of your electronic address and email (E.g. www.mybusiness.org and e-mail, mybusiness@customers.org) STAR SITES establishes their acquisition and administration and sends up to 3 LAYOUTS with the profile of your business, so that you can choose from it, and begin your site’s construction, according to your business.
The 3 LAYOUT TEMPLATE options are tailored to your business, so that you can choose. We always recommend that you follow our guidelines.
Deadline: Up to 7 working days.
Step 3. YOU
After you choose the LAYOUT TEMPLATE, resend the option for the STAR SITES to launch the construction process.
Deadline: The faster you send it, the faster you will be online!
Step 3. STAR SITES
Upon receipt of your choice for STAGE 3, STAR SITES sends to your email the link to the payment of stage 2, according to the type of payment chosen by you. (SUPER EASY payment or 20% discount)
Deadline: Up to 3 working days.
Upon receipt of your layout choice, STAR SITES launches the construction of the website in the following order.
1 LOGO creation (if desired)
2 SLOGAN creation (if desired)
3 CONTENT creation of the layout per page.

4 Sending your website’s like to your email so that you can check, correct and accept the content.
Deadline: Up to 14 working days.
Step 4. YOU
Pay the stage 2 according to the payment method you have chosen.
Deadline: The faster you send, the faster you will be online!
Step 4. STAR SITES
Upon receipt of your stage 2 payment, STAR SITES launches the website’s construction in the following order.
1 LOGO creation (if desired)
2 SLOGAN creation (if desired)
3 CONTENT creation of the layout per page.

b) Source
c) Colors
d) Image selection
4 Sending your website’s like to your email so that you can check, correct and accept the content.
Deadline: Up to 14 working days.
Step 5. YOU
After having received the WEBSTE link, check each item of the STAR SITES Stage 4. Do some correction or suggestion if you want to, writing down your observations by identifying the correction or suggestion page.
Note: You have up to 3 updates for approval. When everything is according to what you want, resend the sentence to STAR SITES. ACCEPTED AND APPROVED.

Step 5. STAR SITES
Upon receipt of the approval of STAR SITES Stage 4, in case you have chosen the option “SUPER EASY” payment, STAR SITES sends to you the payment link of stage 3, to start the construction of the website’s smart actions, which we outline below. If you have opted for “20% Discount” payment, STAR SITES launches the construction of your website’s smart actions, which we outline below.
Deadline: The faster you send, the faster you will be online!
Upon receipt of your payment’s confirmation, STAR SITES starts to build the smart actions below:
a) Call Actions
b) S.E.O (Search Engine Optimization)
c) Introduction of links to share on social media platforms.
d) Mobile optimization
e) Grammar checking
After the construction of the smart actions of STAGE 5 is done, STAR SITES sends the link to your email address, so that you can check and approve it for the website’s annual publication.
Deadline: Up to 14 working days.
Step 6. YOU
Upon reception of the website’s link, check each item of the STAR SITES Stage 5. Make some correction or suggestion, if you want to.
Note: you have up to 3 updates for approval. When everything is according to what you want, resend the sentence to STAR SITES. ACCEPTED AND APPROVED.
Deadline: The faster you send, the more quickly you will be online!
Step 6. STAR SITES
Upon receipt of your STAGE 6 approval, STAR SITES sends to your email the payment link of £89, the cost of the publication. (in case your choice has been the "SUPER EASY” payment). If your payment option has been the “20% Discount” Congratulations, YOU ARE NOW ONLINE!

Step 7. You
Do the payment of £89, the amount of the publication. (in case your choice has been the “SUPER EASY” payment)
Deadline: The faster you send, the faster you will be online!
Step 7. STAR SITES
Upon receipt of the confirmation of your payment of £89, the amount of the publication (in case your choice has been the “SUPER EASY” payment) STAR SITES publishes your site, and you and your business will be connected with the world! Congratulations, YOU ARE NOW ONLINE!
Deadline: Up to 3 working days.
Note. Note that STAR SITES will send, on monthly basis, a billing of £89, the amount of the PUBLISHED SITE, as stated in STAGE 4 of the payment (in case your choice has been the “SUPER EASY” payment). The date applied will always be the same day of the publication’s 1st payment .
E.g. If you paid on day 1 of the month of publication, the other 9 installments must be paid on day 1 of each subsequent month.

Commercial Terms and Conditions
between YOU and STAR SITES
Legal Agreement
To hire our services, YOU grant your consent to these terms and conditions. YOU will not use our services if you do not agree to all our terms and conditions.
GENERAL COMMERCIAL CONDITIONS
All the developments of integral solutions, hereinafter referred to as the WEBSITE, on behalf of the CACD Marketing group, referenced in this service as STAR SITES, are subject to the following General Commercial Conditions, to which the parties wished to subordinate the provision of aforementioned services, called BENEFITS OF the WEBSITE model.
Term of the service contract for the construction of the WEBSITE model:
The term foresees 12 months starting from the date of completion of Stage 3. STAR SITES, referring to the host+domain. (rental of the online hosting + rights to use your email address). There is no automatic renewal.
Up to 7 working days prior to the term expiration, STAR SITES send to your email address the amount requested to renew the host+domain.
This amount is the same that is referenced in the construction schedule, in the model of the chosen website, published on our website. This amount is annual.
You agree that STAR SITES, after the second year, reserves the right to change the renewal amount, without notice.
Delays
It is established between STAR SITES and YOU, that, after the website’s construction and publication, YOU agree to pay regularly and rigorously in due time all the expected costs.
In the event of non-payment, the website will be OFFLINE, until the late payment is settled.
Note that in case of delay, and your site is OFFLINE, all of its construction, setup and contents will not be lost. They will be on STAND-BY (offline) until the settlement of the late payment. After the regularization is confirmed by STAR WEBSITES, the WEBSITE will be online again within 3 working days.
Confidentiality
STAR SITES and YOU agree that all written communications between both parties, relating to this contract, cannot be used outside of its scope.
STAR SITES is committed to keeping confidential all information relating to ongoing projects, and to not disclose or make them public, without your prior authorization.
STAR SITES agrees that all the information gathered, including information relating to customers of your business, human resources, financial information, or others of strategic importance for your business, can never be used outside the scope of this contract.
Advertising
STAR SITES reserves the right to, after the conclusion of the website’s model, in your company’s brochure, or in any other means that are deemed appropriate, publish and publicize the work that was carried out.
In a convenient location of the developed pieces, there will be a reference to STAR SITES and/or CACD Marketing, as their author.
Rights of Use
YOU will be accountable for obtaining the Rights of Use foreseen in the “Code of Copyright and Related Rights” of all contents of the pages or promotional material (music, photo, text, among others) which are not of your authorship and are delivered to STAR SITES, through email, by you.
Copyright
You can never assign to third parties, regardless of the purpose, any project or part of a solution developed by STAR SITES, which has just been finished or unfinished, except if you obtain prior and written agreement by STAR SITES.
Delivery and Acceptance
After the conclusion of the color color-art proof / model, written plans, by STAR SITES, are delivered to you, with a verification and approval being carried out.
It is up to YOU to accept the system, after the correction actions for errors are verified, if detected during the acceptance test.
The acceptance shall be made in writing, by the person accountable for the project, called YOU.
The acceptance will have to be carried out within the deadlines limits established in the construction STAGES and payment PHASES.
The entry into production of any part of the work involves automatically, starting from that date, its acceptance.
General Conditions for the Provision of Services
It is established right away that the provision of any of the services which are the subject of this contract will be conducted with autonomy and without any sort of legal subordination between STAR SITES, or its employees, and YOU, and your employees, therefor it cannot be implied, in any way, the existence of an employment contract between this and those.
JURISDICTION
This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and by International Treaties and Conventions which the United Kingdom is a signatory, with the Jurisdiction of the County of London, U.K, being chosen, with express waiver of any other, regardless of how privileged it is or will be, to settle any doubt, abeyance, or dispute arising out of this Agreement, and all and any expenditure are an exclusivity of the client, called YOU.
